Basement stairs missing steps. In place of the missing steps there are milk crates. The laundry room is in this area. Very unsafe for the residents here. Mother is a medically disabled school teacher suffering from dementia and alzheimers along with a host of other ailments. My brother is medically retired from Dana Corp. after 25 yrs service due to a disabling heart condition. He is the sole provider for our mother and his son at the present moment due to the fact that she requires constant watch. His medical condition prevents him from completeing the much needed repairs in the home.
