Project Description
Grandmother with custody of four year old grandson has small home with no heat. Repairman told her that furnace is beyond repair (something is cracked). She has access to a used furnace but no one to install it for her.
There is bare subflooring in three bedrooms and living room. She has carpet squares, but no adhesive to install in the living room. - FIXED
Wires are protruding from a wall in the hallway and she doesn't know what they're for. - FIXED
A hole under the sink in the kithchen is allowing mice to enter. - FIXED
The back door is also nailed shut and it needs to open for emergency exits and probably needs to be replaced. - FIXED
