Basic account is for those who are just wanting to post a project to the site.

Volunteer

Volunteer account has the ability to post projects and also volunteer for projects being organized by Coaches. You will need to register as a Coach if you want to begin selecting projects.

Coach

Coaches are the key to our organization. Coaches are the ones who have access to the pending project list and the contact names of the recipients, and who choose the projects that are to be completed.

The biggest difference between just a Regular Volunteer and a Coach is the level of commitment that one is willing to make to NeighborLink and to the Recipient. There are no expectations to take a certain number of projects or even lead others. The only expectation is that once you select a project and make a connection directly with a recipient, you would follow through and make sure the project is completed.
